Shipping time depends on the size of the product you order. For smaller purchases, I often drop-ship the prints from the lab directly to your doorstep in order to cut out the delay of shipping to myself first. I usually ship the larger prints to myself first, however, in order to scrutinize the detail and ensure the quality meets my standards.
Products are generally sent from Virginia (Zip: 23454), so once a product has been sent, the time involved in reaching you will vary by your location. If tracking information is available for your package, I will update the information in your purchase receipt with PayPal so you can follow along as the print makes its journey. If you need your print sooner, I would be happy to see what I can do to expedite it -- please contact me directly.
How will you send my print?
I usually send loose prints rolled in a tube or in a stiff padded envelope to prevent folding/creasing. I package matted prints in large, flattened cardboard boxes, sealed for the elements. Other options are certainly available, so please contact me if you have special needs.
I'm not satisfied with my order. What can I do?
Your satisfaction is important to me, and I'll be happy to refund your money if you're not happy with your photograph. If the photograph is damaged in transit, I'll replace the print for you. Just contact me if you have a problem, and I'll help you from there.
How are your photographs created?
My photographs are created by a handful of different professional labs across the country. These labs transfer my images to traditional photographic paper and develop the final prints using a wet chemical process. My labs use either Fujicolor Crystal Archive or Kodak Endura papers to make sure the photographs last a lifetime.
Will your name be written on the front of my picture?
No. I don't sign the face of my photographs. If you decide to have your photograph matted (in the checkout phase), I will sign the bottom right corner of the matting in graphite. If you have a special need, please contact me.
Can I license/use one of your photographs?
All usage and licensing inquiries should be directed to my stock photography licensing page.
What camera do you use?
I use quite a number of cameras: Canon EOS 300D, Canon EOS 2000, Nikon Coolpix 995, Holga Medium Format, Arrow (Diana) Medium Format.
